A few terms in video prod.:
Animatics: A rough television commercial produced by photographing storyboard sketches on a film strip or video with the audio portion synchronised on tape. Used primarily for testing purposes.
Storyboard: Storyboards are graphic organizers such as a series of illustrations or images displayed in sequence for the purpose of pre-visualizing a motion picture, animation, motion graphic or interactive media sequence, including website interactivity.
Shot List: A list of required photographs provided to the photographer prior to the wedding. Includes the subjects of each photograph and any additional pertinent information.
Script: a written version of a play or other dramatic composition; used in preparing for a performance.
Story Board: a script for a film including dialogue and descriptions of characters and sets.
